1. Ordering Your Tickets
Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to ticket availability. For UK attendees, we will dispatch your tickets by Post to the postal address given when the order is placed. For overseas attendees, tickets can be collected from the main ticket desk at the event. Overseas tickets will not be posted. The ticket desk will be open between 6pm ~ 8pm on Friday 12 June 2015, and from 9am on event days. The ticket desks are located at the Athena Leicester, Queen Street, Leicester LE1 1QD. Please note that there are no Andercon ticket desks at the Phoenix Cinema.
You are advised to check your tickets upon receipt and inform us of any errors as soon as possible. You are responsible for informing us of any change of address, contact number or email address, both before and after you receive your tickets.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
Please be aware that tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless, in the unlikely event, that the event is cancelled or rescheduled to another date.
Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, we will notify you by phone, email or in writing (using the details you provided us with at the time of purchase) and we will provide you with a refund of the face value of the ticket.
Reschedule: If the event is rescheduled to another date, we will notify you by phone, email or in writing (using the details you provided us with at the time of purchase) and advise you of the rescheduled date. Tickets will remain valid and refund requests will, at our discretion, be accepted up to and until 1 week prior to the rescheduled date, or 7 days after notification of the change (whichever is earlier).
Please note that tickets which are resold or transferred for profit by anyone other than an authorised agent will become voidable and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
Tickets must be presented upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders to the event and may from time to time carry out security searches.
If you are refused admission, we regret to inform you that we will not be providing any refunds to you.
